In November and December 2020, NAPIPA has held virtual interview workshops for NAPIPA law student members. Experienced NAPIPA attorneys have appeared virtually to conduct mock interviews of NAPIPA law student members in order to prepare them for what they may face when interviewing with a prosecution office.

On 5.21.20 several San Diego bar associations, including NAPIPA's San Diego Chapter, hosted an Anti-Hate Panel on Zoom. 218 people from all over the state attended.
Pan Asian Lawyers of SD President Brandon Kimura (US Attorney's Office and a former NAPIPA SD Chapter board member) worked very hard on the event and the collaboration among the API bar associations and the support from 20 various law firms and community organizations helped to get the word out. NAPIPA SD President Fanny Yu moderated the panel. NAPIPA San Diego Board Member Senior Deputy City Attorney Sam Park and NAPIPA member Deputy District Attorney Leonard Trinh (both of whom are Hate Crime prosecutors for their respective offices along with AUSA Christopher Tenorio and SFSU Professor Russel Jeung were panelists.
